This note is to tell you how much I appreciated your handling of the estate sale at my house last weekend. You (and your crew, of course) did everything just right while preparing for the sale, during the sale, and in the clean-up afterwards.
It was particulaly generous that you allowed me to take additional items from my house even after you began pricing and displaying them.
This sale was a great success but your kindness and your thoughtfulness to me in this difficult period was priceless.
